The house is a beautiful custom built home with hardwood cherry floors, two large redwood decks, four bedrooms and two baths, a family room, living room, dining room and is in one of the most beautiful locations that you can imagine. Located in the redwood belt you can enjoy miles of trails along cascading streams and little waterfalls that run through fern covered redwood forests. Swim in the pond, or hike along the trails. Getting Here

Getting to the Retreat

Our retreat takes place in Willits, California, tucked into the beautiful Mendocino County landscape at the gateway to the redwoods.

Flying In

The easiest airport for the retreat is Charles M. Schulz–Sonoma County Airport (STS) in Santa Rosa.

STS is the closest commercial airport to Willits and is approximately 1½ hours away by car. Rental cars are available at the airport, and this will generally be the simplest option for guests who can find a convenient flight into Santa Rosa.

Flying Into the Bay Area

For guests coming from cities without an easy connection to Santa Rosa, San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is the best major-airport option.

Willits is approximately 150 miles north of SFO, with a drive of roughly 3 hours under normal conditions. We recommend allowing additional time for Bay Area traffic and stops along the way.

Oakland International Airport (OAK) is another Bay Area option and may offer better fares or flight schedules depending on where you're traveling from.

Driving

Willits sits directly along Highway 101, making the final portion of the trip relatively straightforward.

Approximate driving times:

Santa Rosa: 1½ hours
San Francisco: 2½–3 hours
Oakland: approximately 2½–3 hours
Sacramento: approximately 3 hours

The drive north becomes increasingly scenic as you leave the Bay Area and enter Mendocino County.

Transportation During the Retreat

Because the retreat home is in a more secluded setting, we strongly recommend having access to a car rather than relying on rideshare services once you arrive.

If several guests are arriving through the same airport at similar times, we’ll help connect attendees who are interested in coordinating a rental car or sharing the drive.

The exact retreat address, check-in instructions and final arrival details will be provided privately to registered guests before the retreat.

Once you arrive, the traveling is done. Settle in, exhale and let the redwoods take over.

The Ancient Awakening Redwoods Retreat 2026

The redwoods have a way of changing you forever.

There is something that happens when you stand before living giants that have witnessed thousands of years of history. Their presence awakens something ancient within us—a remembrance that we belong to the Earth and that we are part of something far greater than ourselves.

Over the last three years, the redwoods have been my teachers.

Within their cathedrals of green, I have remembered forgotten parts of myself, deepened my priestess path, and gathered wisdom through both spiritual training and a decade of experience in mental health, psychotherapy, shadow work, and human transformation.

Now, I am being called to share what I have learned.

This four-part retreat series is a modern Earth Priestess Mystery School for those who feel the ancient call stirring within them to complete your certification and training.

Together, we will journey through the elements, reconnect with the wisdom of the Earth, strengthen our intuition and clairabilities, and learn how to embody our deepest truth.

Through a unique blend of my approach, the Advanced Shadow Work Method©, nervous system regulation, ritual, Earth-based spirituality, and ancient mystery school teachings, you will begin shedding the conditioning, fear, and inherited stories that have obscured your true nature.

This is not about becoming someone new.

It is about remembering who you have always been.

What Is The
Ancient awakening Redwoods Retreat?

October 30-November 4, 2026 | Avenue of the Giants

Dark forest scene with glowing orange candles, crystals, a pumpkin, and ornate lanterns. Decorative red and orange leaves and mystical symbols, including a moon and planetary shapes, frame the image."

Across four seasonal initiations, you will learn to deepen your relationship with the Earth, cultivate your intuitive gifts, strengthen your connection to spirit, and develop practices that bring greater harmony, purpose, and stewardship into your daily life.

Our first gathering begins on All Hallows' Eve, during the sacred threshold of Samhain—a time when the veil grows thin and the wisdom of the unseen becomes more accessible. Through ritual, guided journeys, shadow work, ceremony, and communion with the ancient redwoods, you will begin the process of remembering your power, reclaiming your voice, and reconnecting with the deeper truths that live within you.

By the completion of the fourth retreat, you will participate in a culminating Earth Priestess Initiation with each element, receive a certificate of completion, and the title of Earth Priestess.

Former Trauma Therapist | Shadow Alchemist & Trauma Specialist

Courtney is a multidisciplinary practitioner specializing in trauma-informed shadow work, integrative personal transformation, and soul remembrance.

She has a decade of experience working in mental health as a former trauma-informed psychotherapist specializing in highly sensitive people and witches. She felt the call to break away from the system and sought to deepen her understanding of mysticism and shadow work. She ended her therapy practice in 2022 to create her role as a Shadow Alchemist.

In 2021 Courtney completed a year long Priestess Mystery School initiation as a High Priestess of the Magdalena Rose Path. In that same year she became a certified Reiki Master and sound healer. In 2025, she added certifications in crystal healing and herbalism to more deeply live in harmony with the Earth to heal and share this healing wisdom with others.

Today, Courtney is the author and creator of The Advanced Shadow Work Method©, blending her life’s work, spiritual wisdom, and the gifts she’s remembered from the redwoods into an approach unlike any other shadow work that exists.

Courtney is known for having the sight to see the truth, what is underneath, as the ancient Priestesses once did. She has a reputation for being able to tell you truths no one else can where it is received fully. Her approach is powerful, relational, and focused on helping people build internal stability while engaging in meaningful emotional and spiritual growth through truth infused alchemy.

She creates sacred spaces where depth and safety coexist — supporting clients in developing greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and the capacity to move through life with clarity and steadiness.

Her work resonates with those seeking real transformation by stripping away the patriarchal lies, that is both psychologically informed and intuitively supported — without losing grounding in practical, lived experience, to help you build a deeply meaningful magikal life where you remember your truth and can fully claim your power.

Bridging psychology and spirituality to create deep, sustainable transformation at the soul level.
